BSW Direct Entry Nurse Associate Course with Oxford Brookes University - APPLICATIONS OPEN

As an alternative to the Nursing Associate apprenticeship training for internal applicants Oxford Brookes Nursing Associate Direct entry course is offering a direct entry route for Nursing Associate training.
This is set up on UCAS and it is open for applications now.
The Direct route is new opportunity for support workers and students who hold a level 3 qualifications but either:
Do not have the required UCAS points to directly pursue registered nursing
Are unable to access apprenticeships due to the rarity of opportunities currently
Find apprenticeship full time work and study difficult
Work under 30 hours a week (the minimum for an apprenticeship)
Want to stay with a current employer that does not offer apprenticeships for nursing associate currently
Does not have a current HSC employer
Full details about the course and role are attached but in brief entry qualifications are as follows:
As a norm, entrants should hold one of the following:
a work-based level 3 qualification (such as an advanced apprenticeship); or
a Level 3 NVQ or other vocational award; or
BTEC / A-Level qualifications in relevant human biology/ health & social care subjects
as well as:
hold English and Maths Level 2 equivalent to GCSE A*-C or 9-4
