Digital Careers Festival for schools & colleges in Autumn 2020.
South West – Wednesday 7th October
Events like this often allow you to access recordings of the event afterwards in case you were unable to attend live. Please register if you are interested, in case these recordings become available. 10am – 12:30pm – Plenary presentation Employer introductions & discussion on specific opportunities in region
12:30pm – 3pm – Sponsor rooms Employer presentation followed by Q&A. These will be repeated at half hour intervals.
Students will hear from employers on the opportunities available in their region of the UK, with Q&A opportunity also on offer.
The companies are looking for talented students that are in the age bracket of 15-18 from underrepresented groups in engineering and technology.
The events are specifically designed for people who may not have considered a career in engineering or technology because they believe it is not open to them due to the stereotype of what our industry is.
