IT Student Placement Opportunity with TH WHITE - APPLY NOW (Yr 13)

T H WHITE has successfully run an IT Student placement for several years.

The one year placement would be an excellent opportunity for a student with an interest in IT and looking to kick start their career.

The placement has proven to be valuable in many respects for students: to earn some money during their gap year, to gain an insight into work processes within a medium sized company, and to develop skills and work discipline which will help them in their future careers. Many of our previous placement students have gone on to secure a full-time position within T H WHITE and have forged a prosperous career.

The range of activities which the placement student would carry out is varied but the core activities are:

• Building and installing PCs across all our sites

• Monitoring network and data security issues

• First line support for users of Microsoft Office and other products
