Do you know anyone who would be interested in attending a free adult literacy course?
Calne Wordfest charity have organised a Learn to Read Course for any unemployed person over 16 years.
The course will start on Tuesday 3 November at Coleman' s Farm Community Centre in Calne. It will run for 20 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons from 12.45 to 2.45 pm.
Courses are open to anyone in our area of Wiltshire who struggles with reading often from no fault of their own, suffering from Dyslexia or ill health perhaps.
The course operates in small groups with 2 tutors so everyone gets attention.
Courses are FREE to any unemployed person over 16 years.
The tutors work very hard to ensure that everyone is welcomed and happy.
