Primary School Creative Arts Assistant, Swindon (Yrs 12-13) DEADLINE 26th July 2021

Prime Theatre is a professional theatre company making work for, with and by children and young adults. We work in theatres, communities, and schools. We make productions, train young people as theatre-makers and deliver projects in schools and other groups. We are based in Swindon and usually work from a base at the Wyvern Theatre. Prime Theatre is supported by Arts Council England and receives some other project funds from Swindon Borough Council.

This is a brand-new role that will work as part of a small arts team (we hope to appoint 4 Kickstart trainees) in Swindon’s largest and most diverse primary school.

Successful applicants will support classroom teachers in planning and delivering creative arts activities for pupils of all ages. These activities may include a mix of visual arts, model making, dance, drama, music, digital and textiles.
