It is a difficult decision choosing a career path which is why our dedicated early careers team are available to help you to find the most suitable apprenticeship role. And when you are in the role the team will ensure that you receive the training and support you need to complete your apprenticeship.

About apprenticeships Whether you are academic or more practically inclined, you will discover that all types of people work with us.

Apprenticeships are available from a level 2 (equivalent to five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above) through to degree level.

You don’t need any qualifications to apply for most of our apprenticeship programmes, but some qualifications are required for particular roles.

There two different types of apprenticeships available to you:

Technical apprenticeships

Our Technical Apprenticeship Programme (Talent on TAP) is focused on our technical areas of work.

These apprenticeships are often outside with a notable element of physical work. They involve performing a job-specific role, while also receiving experiences from other teams across the business to better understand how your role supports business targets.

Office-based apprenticeships

Our office-based apprenticeships are advertised throughout the year and vary from IT Desk support assistants to business improvement analysts.

If you have already achieved a qualification in a chosen discipline at the same level, you may not be eligible for that apprenticeship.
