Wessex Water’s Talent Pipeline Wessex Water are launching their 2021 early careers recruitment campaign ‘Talent Pipeline’ on Monday 8 February.
The company is creating more than 100 roles over the next six months, aimed at young people looking to enter the water industry.
“Positions include apprenticeships, industrial placements, graduates and the government’s new Kickstart scheme. Many of our positions and placements don’t require qualifications, or experience, so we encourage everyone to take a look and see what is available. We also have numerous vacancies for experienced workers too.”
Wessex Water offers quick and simple application processes for both Kickstart and Apprenticeships, and will help candidates explore careers and options throughout the recruitment process.
University level candidates will need to submit a CV and supporting statement.
The recruitment window will run for eight weeks and close on Wednesday 31 March.

The launch, coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week, will see an exciting social media campaign, with real-life stories from current and past apprentices, graduates and placement students.
