The National Literacy Trust’s Words for Work: Women in Leadership programme helps young women to develop the literacy skills, leadership abilities and confidence they need to achieve their potential.

To share the stories and insight from women in the workplace, we are delighted to invite you to the Women in Leadership online webinar.

Through the panel event young women will hear from an inspirational panel who will: Share their career stories

• Give their advice and top tips for young women about communication and the world of work

• Share their insight into confidence building and developing leadership skills

Who is it for? This opportunity is open to all young women and non binary people 16+. We welcome teachers to join with their class. If students want to join as individuals this is still possible, but they need to register separately and reference their educational institution upon registration.
